Due to Covid 19 restrictions; Xoticc Goddess is unable to accept refunds at this time. All sales are final unless your complaint is due to company fault. If this is indeed the case, we will resolve the issue accordingly.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
